Christmas Species of the Week: Sainfoin

Our Christmas Species of the Week has to be sainfoin, otherwise known as 'Holy Hay'!  It's extremely palatable to livestock, has very good nutritional balance, can be grazed or fed as hay or silage, won’t cause bloat and is a natural anthelmintic.
