Case Study: Herbal Ley for Water Buffalo with Dagan James

Dagan James is an organic farmer who mob-grazes Water Buffalo on his special herbal ley.  Complex seed mixes have been grown on this farm in Stockbridge since 2004, starting with our popular 'Cholderton' mixture which has developed over time into a variation of our Herbal Grazing Ley.  Dagan is convinced that a varied diet for his stock is an important consideration for them, as well as providing a sustainable method of farming on his 500 acres of thin, chalky soil.
